Shipping & Returns

You may return any shirt for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.  The following is the process to follow when you want to exchange or return a new shirt.

Shirts to be returned in original condition/not worn or used with tags intact.
 

You will need to contact The Branding Business  on 07 3356 0402 or andria@thebrandingbusiness.com.au to arrange an exchange/return of your shirts.  We will forward an exchange form to you by email which you will need to complete and return with the shirt.  ALL SHIRTS RETURNED MUST HAVE AN ACCOMPANYING EXCHANGE FORM.
 

We will not be able to process your exchange if we do not receive this form with the shirt.
 

You will be responsible for the freight of the return of the shirt and will also need to pay for the freight of your new shirt.  You will be charged $6.00 (plus GST) for the postage of your new shirt to your requested address.  Alternatively you can drop the shirt off/pick up the shirt at our office.   Details are The Branding Business, Unit 1 32 Northlink Place, Virginia, 4014.
 

If you wish for us to return the shirt to you by freight then we will email you an invoice for the freight ($6.00 plus GST) and you will need to email a copy of the receipt to kym@thebrandingbusiness.com.au for your shirt to be dispatched.
